Legal
By adopting a tree through Galilee Covenant Roots, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before completing your stewardship.
Tree adoption grants you a named stewardship of a specific olive tree for the duration of your active subscription. It does not transfer land ownership or title to the tree or any property in Israel.
Stewardship is billed annually. You may cancel at any time before the next renewal date. No refunds are issued for the current billing period once olive oil shipment has been prepared or dispatched.
Olive oil is harvested each October–November and shipped in Q1 of the following year. If a tree does not yield sufficient harvest, oil from neighboring grove trees will supplement your bottle.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
